Frequently asked questions

Do you help remotely or on-site?

Remote anywhere in Canada (secure remote desktop). On-site in Saint-Lin-Laurentides + 100 km.

How does remote assistance work? Is it secure?

Yes. We schedule a time, you run a small encrypted remote app, you see everything I do, and you can cut access anytime.

I have a Windows 11 “non-compatible” PC — can you help?

Yes. We assess needs and device status. Depending on the case: Windows 11 upgrade, refurbish Windows 10 until EOS (Oct 14, 2025), or a lightweight Linux alternative.

My computer is slow. What do you actually do?

Software cleanup, remove bloat/malware, updates, drivers, startup tuning, disk health checks and hardware advice if needed.

I’m changing computers. Can you transfer everything?

Yes: files, photos, bookmarks, mail/contacts/calendar, essential apps. You get a ready-to-use workstation with a short summary.
